Lance Humphreys, Operations & Programming Lance is passionate about community building and has dedicated himself to the study and creation of healthy communities and dynamic community leadership.
A native Oklahoman, Lance graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in marketing. He spent ten years with an international distribution firm focused on large food, drug, and mass merchandise chains. Lance was responsible for all sales, marketing, information systems, strategic planning and multiple acquisitions. More importantly, the experience showed him the incredible impact that a 'people-focused, value-driven' company could have on the lives of its employees, customers, and communities.
Lance spent the next decade leading a non-profit organization focused on developing young leaders and influencing cities through a decentralized network of spiritual communities. He also sought to unite church, civic, and business leaders in Oklahoma City to work together for the benefit of the city.
Lance and his wife Stacy have two children, Jake and Emily. They are lake lovers, down-home foodies, and suburban granolas. Their favorite thing is making friends.
